A former associate editor of Homes & Gardens, Katherine now writes for a variety of news-stand publications, both glossy magazines and national newspapers. She has contributed to, among others, the Sunday Times Style section, the Telegraph Magazine and the Sunday Mirror Homes & Holidays supplement; also to Coast, BBC Good Homes, Build It and Country Living.
